Therefore, if your entry contains confidential information that you do want to be shared please email the event manager with the details immediately.

Once logged into your account, you will see dietary requirements in the booking section under each guest’s personal details. If you need advice or help with this, or would like to discuss any specific details please contact the event manager. Please note that all special dietary requirements must be arranged in advance.
Yes, the venue is fully accessible for the awards ceremony and dinner. Please tell the event manager your access needs and we will make the necessary arrangements.
There is off street near the College or the nearest car park is Grand Arcade.
If arriving / departing by taxi: there is an anti-terrorist barrier in King's Parade which will be down until about 7 pm in the evening, meaning that taxi's will need to drop off at the entrance of King's Parade.
The barrier will be open by the time of departure so taxi's will be able to pick up guests by the porters lodge.
There will be a table plan on display in the drinks reception area when you arrive. Your company name and table number will be displayed on the plan. A member of the events team will be on hand to help you find your seat.
